Support under the project is addressed to Lower Silesian enterprises undergoing restructuring processes and their employees.
The support will cover at least 500 persons envisaged for dismissal, threatened with dismissal and dismissed for reasons related to the workplace. The project will be implemented in Lower Silesia as part of a partnership established by DAWG sp. O.o., ARLEG SA, AGROREG SA, DPIN SA and KARR SA. The project concerns the support of adaptation and modernization processes through a comprehensive set of outplacement activities tailored to the individual needs of project participants.
The following types of support are offered as part of the project:
- career counseling with elements of job placement (500 people),
- psychological counseling (100 people),
- vocational training (125 people),
- post-graduate studies (50 people),
- professional internships (100 people),
- relocation allowance (25 people),
- consulting and training support (250 people),
- and financial for people intending to start their own business (200 people).
The support offered will contribute to the achievement of the assumed objectives and results of the project.
The effect of the support granted will be professional activation and employment for at least 390 people.
Project implementation period: 30 months, October 2018 - March 2021.
The total budget of the project is PLN 15 427 755,20
