Gminne Centrum Obsługi Inwestora i Eksportera, supports investors in the whole investment process:

• Prepares information about investment opportunities of the city
• Provides comprehensive assistance in finding suitable locations in line with the investor's expectations
• Helps in the pre-investment process through:
  • fact-finding visits,
  • economic analyses of the region,
  • facilitating contacts with local authorities,
  • assistance in obtaining permits and decisions,
  • assistance in establishing contacts with design offices and construction companies.
• Provides post-investment care for companies (also supports companies that already operate in the commune)
• Helps to obtain additional information on real estate tax legislation
• Helps you optimize your investment by getting in touch with tax advisors
• Assists the investor in all necessary administrative and legal procedures occurring during project implementation
• Offers quick access to comprehensive information on the economic and legal environment of investments

Each Investor will receive a personal "Project Manager", who will help him at each stage of project implementation and after its completion. The tasks of the project manager are as follows: preparation of information about the city's investment opportunities (including the offer of investment areas, office space, halls and warehouses), assisting the Investor in all necessary administrative and legal procedures occurring during project implementation, offering quick access to comprehensive information on the economic and legal environment of the investment, providing comprehensive assistance in finding an appropriate location in accordance with the expectations of the Investor and partners and sub-suppliers, post-investment care for companies (supporting companies that already operate in the commune), information on investment incentives granted by the commune authorities and by SEZs, technology parks, etc.

We cooperate with Dolnośląska Agencja Współpracy Gospodarczej Sp. z.o.o. (DAWG),

which is a certified regional partner of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A. (PAIH). As part of our cooperation, we have joined the innovative project "Municipal Investor and Exporter Service Centres". GCOIE is a cooperation network of institutions responsible for investor service and after care (post-investment care), operating within the boundaries of the Lower Silesian Voivodship. The aim of the network is to implement standardized procedures of investor service in order to strengthen and supplement the investment offer of the Lower Silesian Voivodship, including the region of Głogów.

DAWG Sp. z.o.o. also supports Glogow companies in exporting their services and products to external markets. When implementing the export component, GCOIE will forward the offer of interested companies to DAWG Sp. z.o.o. in order to expose them to international events.

We also cooperate with Dolnośląski Fundusz Rozwoju sp. z.o.o. in order to stimulate local entrepreneurship.

The aim of the cooperation is:

• removing barriers to SMEs' access to capital by offering guarantees, loans and other financial instruments to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises,
• making it easier for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to take investment decisions on economic turnover,
• enabling the implementation of economic undertakings which serve to increase the competitiveness of Głogów's entrepreneurs.
