Prosta Spółka Akcyjna is another solution that is to strengthen the development of startups and contribute to the increase of innovation of the Polish economy. In this area, there is already a R&D relief, as well as an IP box, i.e. a 5% tax on revenues from research and development results, as well as a tax exemption for alternative investment companies. These solutions, together with the Act on PSA and the Start in Poland program, create an ecosystem of support for startups in Poland.

The program was established on July 24 this year. Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology, implementing the state's innovation policy.
The Strategy for Responsible Development indicates intelligent reindustrialisation as one of the pillars of the new economic model for Poland. This includes implementation of new digital technical-technological-organizational solutions. We consistently conduct activities that show Polish entrepreneurs the way to industry 4.0. - said Marcin Ociepa, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Enterprise and Technology. - We support Polish companies and shorten their path, but finally entrepreneurs themselves must take actions that will include them in the course of digital transformation - added the deputy head of the department, who is responsible for innovation.
Application form
The application for the program will be based on the Business Model Canvas model by M. Ostenwalder (described in the book "Creating business models, the visionary's guide"), according to which the applicants define value proposals for the client, identify target clients and indicate required actions, resources, channels reach, partners and cost structure.
The qualification of participants to the program will be assessed according to the formal and substantive criteria set out in the regulations.
The program will run until 2021.

A new investment is being built in the area of the Western Industrial District.
At ul. Mickiewicza is a production and service hall with an area of 2,500 sq m, where 1,000 sq m will be for production, and 1500 sq m for warehouses and other services. The investment is carried out with the intention of renting to entities conducting business activity, and the first tenants may appear in 2020. In the era of the deficit of production and storage spaces, this investment will probably enjoy great interest of companies.
The investor is the company Meblo Styl Mazurkiewicz Łukasz.
