Their different copper smelting technologies produce the same final product - electrolytically refined copper in the form of cathodes with a 99.99% Cu content, registered on the London Metal Exchange as grade A according to BS EN 1978:1998 and on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) under the brands HMG-S, HMG-B.
The Głogów smelter's Precious Metals Department also produces silver with a content of 99.99% Ag in the form of bars and granules, gold bars with a content of more than 99.95% Au, as well as platinum-palladium concentrate. Silver in the form of bars, registered under the KGHM HG brand has Good Delivery certificates issued by the London Bullion Market Association and a certificate of registration on the New York Stock Exchange NYMEX. The products of Huta Miedzi Głogów are characterized by very high quality, guaranteed by internationally recognized stock exchange brands.
